Who we are and what we do
Pulsefforge is a boutique real estate agency based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, founded in 2017. We provide four core services — property sales, rental management, independent valuation, and strategic consulting — to a deliberately limited client roster. We work with private individuals, family offices, and small-scale developers who have complex requirements and a low tolerance for wasted time. What we do not do: we do not handle social housing allocations, distressed-asset auctions, or high-volume residential developments where margin depends on transaction throughput rather than quality of outcome. Our model depends on repeat business and referrals, which means every instruction we accept has to be handled well — there is no volume to hide behind. The team currently comprises six advisors and two operations staff, and we have no current plans to expand beyond twelve people, because that is the ceiling at which personal accountability remains intact.
How we work and what we value
Every client engagement at Pulsefforge begins with a 45-minute briefing session — in person at our Rua da Bahia office, or via video call for clients based outside BH. We use that session to understand your situation, your constraints, and your preferences before we make any recommendations. We then produce a written scope of work, agree on fees in advance, and report to you at regular intervals throughout the engagement. We do not make undisclosed commissions on referrals. We do not represent both buyer and seller in the same transaction without full written disclosure and consent from both parties. On the question of results: real estate outcomes depend on market conditions, legal processes, and third-party behaviour that we do not control. We can tell you what is realistic in BH's current market; we cannot promise a specific price or timeline. What we can commit to is thorough, documented work and honest communication throughout — including the difficult conversations.
